Your files stay on your Mac

File scanning, duplicate matching, snapshots, and cleanup happen locally. DiskHelper does not upload scanned files or their paths.

Activation sends your license key and an app-specific installation identifier to our server. Later checks use your activation identifier and credential. The server checks license status and device limits.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We keep your purchase email, payment references, order status, and license records. Card details stay with Stripe. License keys are stored as a hash for activation and encrypted for email delivery and recovery.

License and recovery emails are sent through Resend. Support replies are handled in Gmail. Email recovery only sends keys to the purchase address. Hosting, payment, and email services process connection and delivery information needed to provide their services and limit abuse.

The website stores your chosen color theme in your browser. There is no analytics integration or advertising tracker in this website or app.
